Why we exist
Generic travel software was never going to fit
Umrah and Hajj operations have shapes that generic tools simply don't model: mahram relationships, a thirteen-state visa journey, hotel-anchored itineraries around the Haramain, and packages that flow through Masters, Resellers and Agents before reaching a pilgrim.
Operators were forced to bend spreadsheets and general booking systems around those realities — and the gaps were paid for in late nights, lost margins and anxious families.
UmrahCore starts from the pilgrimage itself. Every module, from the quotation wizard to the three-ledger finance model, exists because a real operator needed it — not because a generic template suggested it.
