Scope of this policy
This policy covers the UmrahCore marketing website (umrahcore.com) only — the pages you're browsing right now.
It does not describe how pilgrim, booking or traveler data is handled inside the UmrahCore back-office platform itself once a customer has signed a services agreement; that is governed by the applicable customer contract, not this page.
Information we collect
When you submit our demo request form: your name, company name, email address, phone number (optional), your role (Master, Reseller, Agent, or Just exploring), and any message you include.
When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address only.
We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts anywhere on this website, and we do not passively collect browsing data beyond standard web server logs.
How we use your information
To respond to your demo request, to send the automatic confirmation email you receive, and — if you subscribed — to send occasional product updates.
We never sell your information, and we never use it for unsolicited marketing beyond what you asked for.
Third parties we rely on
We use Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) to deliver the emails this website sends, such as demo confirmations and newsletter notices.
Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files directly from Google's servers — this exposes your IP address to Google in the process.
We do not share the contents of your enquiry with any other third party.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you submit for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, or for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending you newsletter emails, at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll act on your request promptly.
Security
This site is served exclusively over HTTPS, and the demo/newsletter data you submit is stored on servers that are not directly reachable from the public internet.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable, standard precautions to protect what you share with us.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for business use by travel agencies, tour operators and their staff. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children.
