Common questions
Pricing, plainly answered
What does the one-time setup fee cover?
Guided onboarding of your tenant: branding, catalogues, your Reseller and Agent tree, and bulk import of existing traveler profiles. It's billed once, at signup, and scales with plan complexity — US$500 for Ihram up to US$2,000 for Maqam. Haram Enterprise setup is folded into your custom licence quote.
Can we upgrade to a higher plan later?
Yes. Ihram, Tawaf and Maqam are tiers of the same platform, so upgrading is a plan change, not a migration — your data, branding and history carry straight over. You'll pay the difference in setup fee and move to the new monthly rate from your next billing cycle.
What happens if we outgrow our user or pilgrim limit?
You'll get advance notice as you approach your plan's limit. Upgrading removes the ceiling immediately with no service interruption and no data loss — Maqam and Haram Enterprise both offer unlimited users and pilgrims.
Is Haram Enterprise really a one-time fee with no subscription?
Yes. Haram Enterprise replaces the monthly licence with a single lifetime fee (typically US$15,000–US$50,000+, scoped to your organisation), plus predictable annual support and maintenance at 15–20% of the licence fee — no recurring subscription cost.
Do the add-ons cost extra?
Yes. Flight, hotel and payment gateway integrations, WhatsApp/SMS messaging, branded mobile apps and custom development are all optional and quoted separately based on scope. Talk to sales for a number specific to your setup.
