The companion app for agencies that run their Umrah operation on UmrahCore. See the day at a glance, answer every pilgrim message from one inbox and open any booking without going back to the office.
What it does
- Dashboard: unread and assigned conversations, new inquiries, departures in the next 30 days, pending requests, payments and follow-ups
- One inbox for WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and pilgrim-app chats
- Reply, add internal notes and assign conversations to a colleague

Who can use it: Requires an active UmrahCore agency account. Accounts are created by the agency administrator — company-managed sign-in, an encrypted connection, one device per user and sign-out everywhere.

The Android version of our free Umrah map. See the real walk from each hotel entrance to the nearest open gate of Masjid al-Haram, explore both Holy Mosques in 3D and follow the rites of Umrah step by step.
What it does
- Walking time from each hotel entrance to the nearest open Haram gate, with 5, 10 and 15-minute filters
- Makkah and Madinah, with 3D views of Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi, their gates, courtyards and nearby hotels
- Hotel card: photos and video, walking route, “My hotel”, Street View, Google Maps and facilities
- Room types and prices from hotel suppliers for your dates, guests and rooms
- Umrah in six steps with a voice guide, Tawaf and Sa’i counters, and duas in Arabic with their meaning

- The apps are Android only today. There is no App Store version.
- UmrahCore Agent and the UmrahCore pilgrim app only work with an agency that uses UmrahCore — they are not stand-alone booking apps.
- Walking times in Umrah Map are measured along mapped routes; crowds, closed gates and your own pace change the real time.

Does UmrahCore have a mobile app?
Yes — three Android apps on Google Play, all published by Innovate Solution Global: UmrahCore Agent for travel agency staff, UmrahCore for the agency’s pilgrims, and Umrah Map, a free Makkah and Madinah map for any pilgrim.
Is there an iPhone (iOS) version?
Not at the moment; the apps are on Android. On an iPhone the Umrah map works in the browser at maps.umrahcore.com, and agency staff can use UmrahCore on the web.
How do I sign in to the UmrahCore Agent app?
With the account your agency administrator created for you in UmrahCore. Accounts are company-managed, the app runs on one device per user, and an administrator can sign a user out everywhere.
I am a pilgrim. How do I get access to the UmrahCore app?
Your travel agency sends you an invitation if it uses UmrahCore. Open it, set your password and sign in to see your booking, documents and chat. Without an invitation the app has nothing to show — ask your agency.
Which messaging channels does the Agent app bring together?
WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and chats from the UmrahCore pilgrim app, in one inbox with internal notes and assignment to colleagues.
Is the Umrah Map app free?
Yes. Umrah Map is free on Google Play and needs no agency account. It shows the walking time from each hotel to the nearest open gate of Masjid al-Haram, 3D views of both Holy Mosques and an Umrah step-by-step voice guide.
Can my agency offer the pilgrim app under its own brand?
Branded mobile apps are an optional add-on for UmrahCore agencies and are quoted separately based on scope. Request a demo to discuss it.
