Disclosure: this guide is published by UmrahCore, which also sells Umrah agency software. UmrahCore appears in the last row of the comparison table, labelled as the publisher, and is not ranked against the products reviewed.
Key takeaways
- We could verify five Bangladesh-built products with Hajj or Umrah features on their official websites — not ten — so this is a five-product comparison, not a "top 10".
- Only two of the five publish prices: HajjNoor (৳15,000 for the first year) and TripCount (৳1,500 a month for the plan that includes Hajj & Umrah). Ziarah publishes a starting price of ৳50,000.
- None of the five states a Nusuk integration or a multi-level reseller / sub-agent hierarchy on its website. If you sell through sub-agents, test that first.
- Every Umrah agency in Bangladesh needs a registration certificate under the Hajj and Umrah Management Act 2021, so look for software that keeps clean, exportable records per pilgrim.
Short answer: As of 10 October 2026, five software products built in Bangladesh clearly advertise Hajj or Umrah agency features on their official websites: M360ICT's Smart Hajj & Umrah Management System, HajjNoor, Ziarah by Acquaint Technologies, HRSOFTBD's Accounting Hajj Software and TripCount. They range from a ৳1,500-a-month general visa and ticketing tool to installed systems starting at ৳50,000. None of them states Nusuk integration or a reseller-to-agent hierarchy, which matters if your agency distributes through sub-agents.
The Umrah agency market in Bangladesh
Bangladesh is one of the larger Umrah source markets in South Asia. There is no official government count of Umrah pilgrims, but leaders of the Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (HAAB) estimated around four lakh (about 400,000) Bangladeshi Umrah pilgrims for the current season, and said that of roughly 1,300 government-approved Hajj and Umrah agencies only around 600 remain operational, according to Bangladesh Monitor (May 2026) (opens in new tab). Treat both figures as association estimates, not official statistics.
The rules are set nationally. The Hajj and Umrah Management Act, 2021 (opens in new tab) (Act No. 9 of 2021) says no Hajj or Umrah agency may operate without a registration certificate. Certificates last three years and must be renewed at least 30 days before they expire, and an applicant for an Umrah agency must have at least three years' experience running a registered travel agency. The Act allows fines of up to ৳20 lakh for an Umrah agency, alongside suspension or cancellation and compensation to pilgrims. The Ministry of Religious Affairs (opens in new tab) oversees Hajj and Umrah through the Hajj Office in Dhaka and the Bangladesh Hajj Office in Jeddah.
For Hajj, agencies already work inside a government system: the e-Hajj Management System (opens in new tab) on hajj.gov.bd, where authorised agencies enter pilgrim data. There is no equivalent national system for Umrah, so Umrah records live in whatever tools each agency chooses — which is exactly where agency software comes in.
Common operational problems for Bangladeshi Umrah agencies
- Passport and visa paperwork done by hand. Group departures mean dozens of passports keyed in, checked and tracked through visa issue, usually in spreadsheets.
- Payments spread across channels. Deposits and instalments arrive by cash, bank transfer and mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad, and have to be reconciled against each pilgrim.
- Sub-agent sales with no shared system. Agencies that take bookings from partner agencies outside Dhaka often receive them by phone or WhatsApp, which makes commission and balance tracking error-prone.
- Hotel and transport changes late in the cycle. Makkah and Madinah room changes ripple through rooming lists, vouchers and transfer plans.
- Changing Saudi rules. Saudi Arabia now lets pilgrims abroad book Umrah services and apply for a visa directly through Nusuk Umrah (opens in new tab), and has introduced a one-year multiple-entry Umrah visa (opens in new tab) where each visit needs a service package from an approved provider. Agencies compete on service and organisation, not paperwork access.
What B2B Umrah software does
B2B Umrah software is a back-office system that lets an Umrah operator manage packages, departures, pilgrims, visas, hotels, transport and money in one place — and lets partner agencies (sub-agents) book into the same inventory under their own logins, with their own prices and balances. A single-agency system covers the first part; a B2B system adds the second.
The practical benefits are fewer re-typed passports, one version of every booking, balances that agree between you and your agents, and reports you can trust at the end of the season. Our vendor-neutral buyer's checklist explains what to look for in more detail.
How we chose and compared these products
On 10 October 2026 we searched in English and Bangla for Hajj and Umrah agency software available in Bangladesh, then opened each candidate's official website. A product was included only if:
- its own website names Hajj or Umrah features (not just "travel agency"), and
- it shows a Bangladesh presence — a Bangladeshi office address, BDT pricing or Bangla interface.
We excluded marketplace-only listings with no official site, general travel software that never mentions Hajj or Umrah, and sites we could not load. Every cell in the table comes from the vendor's own page; "not stated" means we could not find it there, not that the feature does not exist. Customer counts that vendors publish about themselves are not repeated here because we cannot verify them. Products are listed in no particular order — this is a comparison, not a ranking. UmrahCore, which publishes this guide, is shown in the last row of the table, labelled as the publisher's product, and is described in its own section below; it is not ranked against the others.

Notes on each product
Smart Hajj & Umrah Management System (M360ICT)
Built by M360ICT Limited in Dhaka, this is the most Hajj-specific of the five, with pre-registration lists alongside Umrah group handling and pilgrim records that include health information. The site offers a Bangla language option. Pricing and deployment model are not published, so ask for both in writing.
HajjNoor
HajjNoor is self-service SaaS "built for Bangladesh": you can sign up, trial it for three days and pay in BDT through bKash or Nagad. Its published price is the lowest for a dedicated Hajj and Umrah product. It is a young product, and its user model gives staff permissions rather than separate sub-agent accounts with their own balances.
Ziarah (Acquaint Technologies)
Acquaint Technologies, founded in 2014 and based in Purana Paltan, sells Ziarah as a licensed web application with online and offline versions. It covers packages through accounts and names Bangladeshi agency clients on its site. The ৳50,000 starting price excludes server costs and support levels, which are priced separately.
Accounting Hajj Software (HRSOFTBD)
HRSOFTBD lists Hajj and Umrah registration, package sales to individuals or agents, a visa module and invoicing. The page reads as a service offer rather than packaged SaaS, so expect a scoping conversation before you get a price.
TripCount
TripCount is a low-cost operating system for visa, manpower and ticketing agencies. Hajj and Umrah management appears as a single line in its Business plan, without detail. It may suit an agency for which Umrah is a side line; agencies whose main business is Umrah should check the depth of that module in a demo.
Regional platforms also used in South Asia
Several platforms from neighbouring markets also sell Umrah software, though we found no Bangladeshi office or BDT pricing for them. PHPTRAVELS (opens in new tab) (Lahore) sells a self-hosted, source-code Umrah booking system with sub-agent logins, net rates and GDS connections. eTravos (opens in new tab) (Hyderabad, India) offers a cloud B2B/B2C Hajj and Umrah platform with agents and sub-agents. See our Pakistan comparison for more providers from the region.
How to choose: criteria for Bangladeshi agency owners
- Your distribution model. If partner agencies book through you, you need separate logins, prices, balances and commissions per agent — not just extra staff users.
- Local payments. Decide whether pilgrims or agents will pay through bKash, Nagad, bank transfer or card, and check what the software records against each booking.
- Currency. You will quote pilgrims in BDT but pay Saudi suppliers in SAR or USD. Check that the system keeps the original currency and rate on every booking.
- Passport capture. Ask whether passports can be scanned (OCR) rather than typed, and whether you can upload a group at once.
- Records the regulator may ask for. Under the 2021 Act, complaints can lead to penalties and compensation orders, so you want an audit trail and per-pilgrim payment history you can export.
- Data ownership and exit. Ask how you export all pilgrim, booking and finance data if you change provider.
- Total cost. Add setup, hosting, renewal and support fees, not just the headline price.
Where UmrahCore fits
UmrahCore is a multi-tenant B2B back-office for Umrah and Hajj operators, with 17 core modules covering pilgrims, quotations, bookings, packages, flights, hotels, transport, visas, meals, documents and finance. It is built around a Master → Reseller → Agent hierarchy, so each sub-agent works under its own login, branding and balance. Passports can be captured in bulk with OCR, every booking keeps the currency it was sold in, and the platform connects to Nusuk Masar, GDS flight systems and hotel supplier APIs.
For Bangladesh, pricing is published in BDT on our Bangla pricing page: Starter is ৳5,000 a month (or ৳50,000 a year) plus a one-time setup fee, and Business, which adds agent and reseller management, is ৳12,500 a month. Historical pilgrim records are unlimited on every plan. Compare it with the products above in a demo using your own departures.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best Umrah software in Bangladesh?
There is no single best product; it depends on your size and distribution model. Small agencies on a tight budget may start with low-cost SaaS such as HajjNoor, while agencies that sell through sub-agents need software with separate agent accounts, prices and balances. Compare at least two products in a demo with your own packages.
How much does Umrah agency software cost in Bangladesh?
Published prices we found on 10 October 2026 range from ৳1,500 a month (TripCount Business plan) and ৳15,000 for the first year (HajjNoor Pro) to a starting price of ৳50,000 for Ziarah. M360ICT and HRSOFTBD do not publish prices. UmrahCore Starter is ৳5,000 a month on its Bangla pricing page.
Does an Umrah agency in Bangladesh need a licence?
Yes. Under the Hajj and Umrah Management Act, 2021, no Hajj or Umrah agency may operate without a registration certificate. Certificates are valid for three years. Check the current rules with the Ministry of Religious Affairs before applying.
Do Bangladeshi Umrah software products integrate with Nusuk?
None of the five Bangladeshi products we reviewed states a Nusuk integration on its website as of 10 October 2026. If Nusuk integration matters to you, ask each vendor to demonstrate it.
Can I accept bKash and Nagad payments through Umrah software?
HajjNoor states support for bKash and Nagad. The other products reviewed do not name specific payment gateways on their websites, so ask the vendor directly.
